Customer service was excellent. The sauna felt too small for 2 people. The floatation room was big enough and the pool comfortable for 2. It was a bit noisy when in the sauna. I went by sauna timer and attendant went by booked time, which caused disturbance and mitigated from experience of relaxation. The place is clean. Gowns, towels, hairdryer available and clean. Earplugs provided nice touch for.floating.

AMAZING! I don’t remember when either one of us was more relaxed. It was an incredible experience and I intend to consider making it a regular event for our well being & relaxation.
The staff were fantastic & the location was clean & inviting. Can’t wait to go back.
