Started going to The Waxing Studio after purchasing a Groupon last year in August 2018. Booked with Wendy and as of today, April2019, I’m a very happy and satisfied customer. I See Wendy for a variety of waxing services and also purchase in bulk to take advantage of the discounts. Great customer service. Competitive pricing. Definitely a lifelong customer!!

I was very satisfied with my experience because my esthetician was professional and friendly. My only gripe with the studio/front desk employees is that they didn't inform me I was being charged a 30% gratuity for a service that, according to their website, says 20% gratuity. This is something I did not budget for and did not look into carefully before paying. Please check before you book. My esthetician deserves the tip and you deserve to know.
