We were in the area for the Rose Parade and wanted to try local food options. The food was excellent, service kind, and the environment was very pretty. We'd come back again if we lived here!

The waiter did not want to redeem Groupon. When he finally agreed to honor the voucher and asked for my phone to mark as “redeemed,” he marked two other Groupon Vouchers (for restaurants that were not his establishment) as redeemed. This was done without my permission. A complaint has been filed with Groupon and is pending resolution. I do not recommend anyone purchase Groupons for Himalayan Cafe. Why advertise Groupons if not wanting customers to redeem them???

My mother, sister, and I had lunch here for the first time. We enjoyed our food, ambience, and appreciated the service. I was disappointed they didnt have the mango ice cream or rice pudding desserts available.

The food was great but the service was painfully slow which was hard because we were HANGRY! The table next to us had to take their dinner (not yet delivered) to go so they could make their movie on time. They were in the weeds. But ultimately we enjoyed the meal.
