BricknFire Pizza Company's varied takes on the Neapolitan–style pizza begins with the oven. BricknFire heats up its brick oven between 800 and 1,000 degrees before baking its crust, which is made using imported Italian flour. A housemade sauce blended with san marzano tomatoes also lends to the authenticity, as well as locally grown produce. From there, each pie is dressed with simple gourmet ingredients such as buffalo mozzarella and soppressata ham.

Formerly a mobile-only operation, BricknFire Pizza Company now includes a permanent brick and mortar shop in addition to their food truck. Located inside the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards, the shop space was awarded to BricknFire for winning Marriott Hotels' Canvas Competition in 2015.
