Meet the Owner

At USA Training Academy, NRA-certified instructor Donald Gregory helps students learn the fundamentals of firearms along with basic self-defense techniques. In addition to leading firearms and security-officer classes, Gregory helps conducts karate, jujitsu, krav maga, and other martial-arts lessons at a nearby studio.

The Basics

The academy's schedule includes several introductory lessons, including NRA-certified courses in basic pistol-shooting and home firearm safety. These classes provide students with information on topics such as handgun storage and maintenance, marksmanship, and responsible firing range practices. Private lessons are also available.

The Advanced Skills

For more specialized, in-depth education, USA Training Academy also offers courses for more experienced students. For example, aspiring range-safety officers can obtain certification through an NRA-designed class, and other training sessions prepare students to apply for state handgun-carry permits.
