I've been to spas all over the world and would be remiss if I didn't say Penelope is a top notch spa and the only one I go to in Seattle or the state of Washington for that matter. They only use the best luxury skin and body products, their staff are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to engage with. Their masseuses and estheticians are extremely talented and exceeded my expectations on every occassion. I was so incredibly satisfied with my spa experience here that I signed up for their spa membership and go there at least twice a month to be pampered by their highly skilled staff. I couldn't give a more glowing recommendation for this spa!
This was the best experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and re-energized after my Queen’s Ultimate Radiance Ritual. Jamila has created such an inviting space and experience.

Very nice! We arrived on a very Rainy late Sunday morning, not knowing what to totally expect. Boyfriend was a little worried. I checked is in, he was worried 3 hours so long. Proved him wrong. So relaxed. We'll go again .. super relaxed.
