I really enjoyed my time there, the people were really nice and understanding towards beginners. In the kickboxing sessions that I attended, we did a few punches and kicks with the bag, then we would do exercise like jumping jacks, squats, planks, etc. From there we would alternate between punches and kicks to regular exercises. It was a really great experience overall!

It's legit!! First time working out like that in over a year and it hurt good. Instructor was very motivating and encouraging throughout the class. They explain everything thoroughly and willing to help one on one if needed.
