If you like it crowded, go after 7pm. We went at 5pm and were the only customers at first. Service was great. Quality of food was fantastic! We aren't big on sushi but the hibachi grill was great. The filet was melt in your mouth tender and the shrimp were large and juicy

The food was delicious. The Hibachi chef was incredible and our waitress took very good care of us. Everything was perfect. As for the dishes they serve, I definitely recommend seafood hibachi. Absolutely delicious.

We called and they said lunch special until 3pm. so we decided to go for a late lunch at 2:30pm. They did not say they closed at 3pm. and open up later for dinner. Had to rush through lunch so did not fully enjoy lunch like we would have liked. The food was delicious!

From Our Editors

More than 20 chef's specialty rolls headline the lengthy menu at Fuji Sushi & Hibachi, including a deep-fried LSU roll packed with crawfish, avocado, and cream cheese. But as the restaurant's name suggests, hibachi is a specialty here, too. With it, diners pair bowls of soup and fried rice or noodles with their choice of grilled meat, such as steak, shrimp, or lobster tail. Or, they can enjoy multiple proteins by ordering hibachi platters, which help large groups share a meal without having to play rock-paper-scissors to determine who gets the next bite.
