The pedicure and manicure was too fast. Of course people like fast service, but it felt rushed, which reduced the feel of quality. Also, when painting my nails and toe nails, there was paint left on my skin, , the paint at the cuticle was not neat, and the top coat was painted on very sloppily. The soft music and the atmosphere was not. It may be good to post the list of services along with the prices. And also inform customers of the costs of services at the time they're selected.

The day I went in there, there were no customers in the shop and it was WELL before they closed. The young lady that greeted me was not very friendly and told me that I would have to make and appointment and come back another day.

Felt like they were just rushing me through. Did not make me feel comfortable at all. Made me stretch my left arm across my body and worked on my fingernails on that hand while other lady worked on myo toenails. Not at all relaxing as a pedicure should be.

Spend more time on manicures because mine looked horrible. Also, improve on the communication between the customers and other staff members.
