The staff is friendly and fun. The instructors are good about correcting form and telling you where to push and where to hold back until your form improves - get for newbies. Attendees in the class are good people and look out for each other. Make sure you show up early! On-time is 15 mins+ before the start of class so that you have time to stretch.
