I checked in and was soon told that there was an unpaid portion for what the reception said was tax and "fees". Having arrived and wanting relief from pain, I paid the additional cost. When I came out of treatment I asked for a written breakdown of these additional fees and now a different woman explained it was tax and now a new word was used, gratuity. I said its odd to tip for a health service.
