I had a very therapeutic massage from Tracy and a facial that that left my deeply cleansed and glistening. I will continue using their services.

The 60min facial went like this: 5min massage, 20min steam, 15min of aggressively pushing you to upgrade even though you said NO multiple times, 20min sheet mask. Technically, it was only 45min and 40mins were spent just laying there which I could’ve done at home myself. Overall time and money was wasted and I honestly will never come back here.

Made me wait hlf hr for my appointment. Very rude staff with loud customers in front of store so very disrespectful while getting treated for services. Very unprofessional and unacceptable service
