VERY VERY BAD!!!! they shaved my bichon frise and he had cuts all over!! He did not come out of his crate for 3 days!! I have/had another groupon for grooming, but I was not going to put my other bichon through this. Groupon and the place say I redeemed it, but I did not. DO NOT use this place.

I have a poodle that now look like a Maltese, I am aware that she had tangle hair and they told me they will cut her hair short, but she was unrecognizable, really bad experience.
