What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We wanted to make vintage fashion affordable again, and help people recycle their old clothes instead of throwing them away.

What do you love most about your job? I love helping people on the search for a special piece of clothes, and I love working with a crew of amazing people.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? When the customer comes in for the first time, finds something great, and wants to tell their friends.

Unsure how the expired groupon protocol goes but I don't believe it was correct. Had to pay for the deal instead of just redeeming the money that was used to pay for the groupon. Feeling kind of cheated. :(

I was very limited in my choices, and I couldn't purchase a tank top (part of the same brand), which I knew was more expensive, but I was willing to pay the difference. And the staff members were quite confused about the groupon itself. One staff member told me that I could purchase the tank tops and pay the difference, but then as I was purchasing I was told no. So as you could see, I was quite frustrated.
