Purusha Yoga is created daily anew by the community of experienced instructors and enthusiastic students. Their goal is to maintain a space where everyone feels welcomed and appreciated. This is about the classes, yes; whether they are demanding and sweat-inducing high-intensity interval training and ballet classes, or gentle classic and vinyasa yoga sessions, the classes, and benefits that they can bring to the mind and body, do matter immensely. However, Purusha Yoga is about sharing a story, a cup of coffee, and a conversation as well. Everyone can come by and see if they wish to stay.
