The most disappointing thing was how unprofessional the "professional" was who saw me. She asked me to go wash my face in the bathroom down the hall. I came back and laid down. She made me go back and wash my face again. This happened four times. I was just about to walk out, but didn't, vowing never to return. I've never been treated like that. I wouldn't recommend this place...EVER! I felt so uncared for. It's been awhile since I've been there. Hopefully they've cleaned up their act. That one person was very representative of my care there.

It was extremely difficult to redeem this Groupon at the Laser Away clinic. Many hurdles and excuses were given by the spa including the Groupon had expired (it hadn’t ) and that their policies had changed. It took several phone calls to the local spa and corporate Laser Away office and three in person visits to actually receive the services I paid for. This was a complete hassle, I would not recommend purchasing this Groupon.
