The cleaning lady the company sent smoked heavily so some of my rooms smelled of smoke after she finished. The company charges by the hour, so there is likely little motivation to clean quickly. The cleaning lady missed several key areas -- inside one toilet bowl, kitchen counter top, I'm sure because she was taking so long.
