My son enjoyed the turkey burger. I ordered the fried ravioli but I’ve eaten better from other restaurants. I called to place an order for pick up. Didn’t realize the Groupon can only be used when you dine in. When I asked the young lady if they accept the Local flavor coupon she said yes(some business don’t, they forget to cancel it). I asked if I can use it and just show her on my phone when I pick it up, she asked a manager then came back on the phone and said yes. I placed my order and when I arrived another waiter said I couldn’t use the Groupon because I am not dining in. I explained that the lady I spoke with said it was ok. I asked if they could let it go this one time for the miscommunication of his staff memeber. The waiter spoke with a manager and then told me the manager said no. Hopefully they inform their staff better.
