What an amazing cultural experience! Food is always delicious. I had the branzino and the elusive kwanga (they always sell out). Fish was well seasoned with different spices and grilled to perfection. Kwanga was an interesting dish. I loved it as it balanced the well-seasoned fish. companion had the peanut chicken. I swear it tasted better this time vs. first time we had it. Go and enjoy!

D-LISH!!!! What an experience to enjoy authentic West African cuisine! Service was always at it's best. The wings had that nice subtle heat! The the steak skewers were tender and beefy... Just the way I like my beef. The peanut chicken is definitely worth a try - the sauce!!! Could pour that sauce on everything and call it my meal. And end your meal with the beignets... Not too sweet!

Hah dinner at Okapi bistro Started with the Samsoa light Pastry filled with beef onions little spicy sauce that came with that they were absolutely delicious and had steak shishkabab I wish they would have had a little bit more vegetables on the shishkabab I'm the side I had sauteed mushrooms and onions my guest had the Branzino Fish with sweet potatoe fries , for dessert we had carmel Beignets
