The Squeaky Express Car Wash, Blue Springs

I was nervous about the Squeaky Express Car Wash given the previous reviews on here, but my wife and I had a great experience. The car looks and smells great and they were easy enough to work with. Had a little difficulty getting something scheduled, but in the end I was very happy.

My car was DIRTY with mud and dog hair. When I got it back it was really clean and smelled great. I will go back for sure. 5 stars!

Rudest customer service ever! I was suppose to have an appointment at 8 am. Had someone go into work an hour late to be able to drop me off. They were still closed, we sat around till 8:30 waiting on someone to come in (making my ride and 1 1/2 hours late) and nobody ever did. So I went home and called several times till someone finally answered the phone at 10:30. She was very very rude but rescheduled my apt for 11. When I got back up there I was greeted with the worst customer service I have ever seen, including her walking away from me when I asked repeatedly if I pulled the car through the car wash. After speaking to someone else who told me to go ahead I went to pull in and she asked me your really going to have us still wash your car or do you want your money back? I said I wanted them to the service I had paid for and asked if I drive in and she kept ignoring me asking if I just wanted my money back. The guy that came and spoke to me talked over her and said yes, pull in. So I did. I asked several times how to contact the general manager and was told he would not be in today which I was told by the other guy that was a lie. Never going back!

My truck looked great. This was an excellent value. I would recommend this company.
