I booked two 30-minute massages through Groupon, expecting a relaxing experience. Instead, I encountered a shockingly unprofessional service. There was no warning before hot stones were slammed on my back, almost burning me, and the oil was cold and harsh. To my disbelief, the therapist then placed her vagina on my head and later on my buttocks. There was no aromatherapy, and the session was much shorter than promised. This bizarre experience left me deeply disturbed and disheartened. Told management and nothing was done. They still asked for a tip payment.
