She bad attitude when she learned I had a Groupon. Not very professional. She started saying how much money she was losing with Groupon instead of focusing in potential future business. The end product was not as expected. It hurt a lot, she bruised my left eye and had problems in my eyes for two months. I would not go back and would never recommend anyone to go here. Not happy at all.

It's been 5 days since Nellie applied permanent eyeliner to my upper and lower eyelids. Three of us went in at the same time. All three of us have been experiencing flaking and the eyeliner is almost completely gone. Her business doesn't look legitimate, there is no sign in process like a professional business. She had us apply our own numbing cream in the waiting room while she was working on the first one of us. She was impatient. She didn't provide any information besides answering our questions about how to take care of our eyes, basically no mascara or makeup remover for a week. She tried selling us on having her do our eyebrows and lip liner. I don't think she's been professionally trained or has a ligitimate license. DON'T USE HER SERVICES. We took before and after pictures thank goodness because day 5 looks like our before picture.
