Professional, polite, experienced staff. Clean, relaxing environment. Excellent facial, the best I've ever experienced. Massage was average. I appreciated that the staff did not force me to buy their products at the front of the spa. Parking on the side of building.

It was a gift for my 78 year old mom and I hoped she’d enjoy it. Body massage was just light palming. No advertised choice of aromatherapy was offered. Mom doesn’t speak English well, but the facial therapist overloaded her with information (including pressure to share what brands was she using, which was not relevant) which made mom feel uncomfortable. Finished 20 minutes earlier (she had a two hours program) saying that she needed to hurry and mom’s time was over. However pressured mom to book another appointment because she didn’t finish. But she found time to foist facial products forcing mom to buy. Very disappointed.
