People on the front desk are not kind at all. Also feel they always do the laser way too fast like in a hurry, plus it is impossible to get appointments. Need to call 2 months in advance

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the Braintree spa. The staff was wonderful. I had to change my appointment time several times and the staff was so accommodating. Everyone I met throughout my initial consultation to my first treatment was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Just had my first treatment a couple days ago and eager to see results. I had my full bikini done- painless!
