Terrible event. Left after 15 minutes. Long, long lines very few vendors, cheap wine.

I was so excited for this. It was HORID. They literally had 6 wine vendors. Plastic cups that they poured a tablespoon of wine into. One large room with a few vendors . It was so cheesy. I was actually embarrassed that I had gotten a group together . One vendor who had great wine, RAN OUT OF WINE 15 minutes into event. They brought 6 bottles of wine total. Poor planning and not worth the $19 spent

The event had about 10 wine vendors. Each line took about 10-15 minutes to get through, and when we got to the front of the line, we were poured less than a sip. So little we could barely even get a taste for the wine. They also didn't have water, which is not smart for an event like this. Skip this one.

Worth the twenty dollars but don’t pay full price. Low number of vendors that pour very lightly and long lines.

No wineries! Only liquor stores at this event. Wine was subpar and the vendors did not know much (if anything) about their individual products.

It was ok. I thought there would be more vendors. It was kind of small. Over all it was a good experience.

Worse event ever! There isn't many vendors and the lines are ridiculous because there isn't many vendors. Save your money and go buy a bottle of wine instead.

From Our Editors

Jeff Popkin was tired of hearing about parties only after they happened. Being a fan of parties, he did not appreciate this, and he imagined other people shared his sentiment. He started Boston Event Guide, a website that aggregates upcoming bashes in one place including some of the top social, nightlife, fashion, restaurant, and arts events in Boston and you can see all at Boston Event Guide. In addition to posting events such as fashion shows at the Liberty Hotel, party cruises, and beer-and-chocolate tours, he and his staff send out a weekly newsletter that highlights top events that are ideal for company outings, birthdays, or group parties.
