I do not think your instructors are that good. I have taken classes with three so far and found either their routines to be incredibly repetitive, they are not very good at explaining positions on the equipment or aren't that fit. I also do not understand how classes are fully booked three weeks in advance (ie Barre Blast) - why dont they offer more sessions per day if that is the case?

Patient instructors. Small class size. Nice clean equipment. When I went. the class was all women, which makes ME feel more comfortable.

In the class I attended, the instructor was really good. She was patient in instructing me, and made it really easy to not overdue it or hurt myself - she even said she'd rather I did the moves right not just do them. It was perfect, because it allowed me to do the exercises correctly, not try to be "cool" and keep up.
