For a more cardio-centric routine, try the barre blast class, which guides students through a low-impact workout that blends cardio, barre stretches, and strength training. Boot camps similarly focus on cardio, meeting twice a week for four weeks to romp through 30 minutes of intense exercise.

I do not think your instructors are that good. I have taken classes with three so far and found either their routines to be incredibly repetitive, they are not very good at explaining positions on the equipment or aren't that fit. I also do not understand how classes are fully booked three weeks in advance (ie Barre Blast) - why dont they offer more sessions per day if that is the case?

When I went. the class was all women, which makes ME feel more comfortable.
