Frederick is very knowledgeable about the different muscles and we discussed the areas I needed attention in before my massage. He was attentive, professional, and my massage was great. The office is clean and relaxing to be in for a massage. I would definitely book again.

I absolutely loved it here! It felt great to be able to explain specific areas of pain and discomfort and have those core areas targeted. Regular massages are nice and relaxing but it is so much more beneficial to receive a massage of this caliber that will feel good for a longer stretch of time. Mr. Frederick Frank was a good conversationalist and had a great deal of knowledge on products and best practices.
