When I presented my expired Groupon coupon - a very nice young man explained the process needed to redeem the coupon. Although disappointed at that moment - while waiting for the Shield receipt - I have returned to get my car washed - and will continue to do so - primarily due to a great car wash and your very nice, professional employees.

I want to thank them for honoring my groupon part that had expired. They were very nice and sent me a credit card to use instead as I had lost the card they gave me after my first wash so I didn't get back in time. I appreciate the credit card that was sent to me and I will recommend them highly.

The ad looks sooo promising with this shield and that guard in the package, but when I went there it just seemed to be the same old stuff that got sprayed on, and then the car went through the same tunnel for the same 2-minute ride. Not to say you didn't put on all those things on my car as listed, but I didn't see the effectiveness of them. For one, both my friend's and my car (we went together) still got dust stain afterwards, especially on the back. Oh wells.
