The restaurant opened @ 3pm, We had a reservation for 3pm. When we arrived at 3pm there was ONE employee present. He was very kind and explained that for whatever reason he was the only one there and would do his best to accommodate us. We were seated. After 15 minutes we were served water with bread and butter. Again the young man apologized and said he would help the best he could. He then informed us that there were limited dinner choices and they had run out of may of their food options. Had I not had a GROUPON that was expiring soon, we would have left.. We finally revisited and the menu and made new dinner choices bases on what was available. The young man took our order and assured us he would do the best he could to bring us our meals. It seem the chef then arrived (4:00) and another gentlemen, however, there was still now one to serve drinks. This same very friendly young man served us our meals. About halfway through dinner a waiter arrived, approximately 4:30. The food was okay, but we were all disappointed that we had to change our choices based on what foods were available! The restaurant was full aware that there would be a party of 4 for dinner at 3:00 ( the reservation was confirmed by EMAIL), so why was there only one employee, a line cook, present at 3:00 when the restaurant opened? It was so sad, it was comical.

The waiter was good . Food was excellent. However, we ordered wine. He came back and said they were out of it. We chose another. Out of that too. And one more time. So we decided against wine at all. Really soured the experience. They could have easily fixed it. Maybe a complimentary glass of wine with dinner. That would have been nice. No effort by management to correct the situation. We talked to him on the way out and he had nothing but excuses. Too bad.

I was the only person there for the first half hour. I sat at the bar and the bartender was a kind gentleman. The food was hot. The beer was cold. The lobster ravioli was okay but quite salty. The Salmon Grand Marnier sauce was so sweet that it was almost painful. I love salmon, and the salmon was quite good. The sauce overwhelmed it though. The shrimp scampi was filled with shrimp, but again the sauce was just not right. The sauce tasted quite bitter. Too much lemon? I was really hoping that this was an exceptional restaurant, but unfortunately it just did not do it for me.

Service was really slow, we waited 10 mins then had to ask for our server before anyone came over. Food was pretty awful & the mango cheesecake had a chalky texture, I couldn't eat more than the first bite. The bread and butter was the highlight.

This meal was so bad we were afraid to order desert & coffee. At the same prices as Viva & Chophouse 111, this restaurant was worse than McDonalds! We would have told our waitress, but we had to get our check from the hostess because she could not be found. Very sad and disappointing experience! First bad Groupon purchase so far.
