The facilities are cozy, but very nice (especially the showers) and Norah is an excellent personal trainer. I never thought I could do a morning session, but now I love it!

Everything about this gym is great! The classes are energetic, the instructors are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean...even the front desk lady is charming! I recommend!

Had a great experience. Karen was great, very opened and easy to work with and talk to. Gave me a great advise and Great workout plan to achieve my goals.

Poor results even though I came to the group exercise classes often. Very old equipment too. The only pros are that the staff is friendly and the location is convenient. **Please note: new group classes have been added since I tried this gym.

Great price for six sessions. Unfortunately the staff is very unprofessional. One of my session was cancelled last minute via text message, although they make you sign a waiver to give them a 24 hour cancellation notice. Small gym but enough to get a good workout. If you’re tight on money it’s worth it, just don’t expect the best service. You get what you pay for.

Place is small and neat . People who work there are very friendly and polite . Personal trainers work well with individuals and help us achieve our goals .My trainer Ellen is nice friendly women who knows my weakness n strength during workouts and has a good workout plan for my training sessions . Overall I liked this place for people , group classes , and yes worth the money .

Quincy is an awesome instructor. I did the 6 week training course thru Groupon. The only complaint is that the gym is quite cramped. I don't feel like there is sufficient room to stretch and all the equipment is very close together.

Dawn has been a trainer and instructor for years. This was my first experience with a personal training session and I was not disappointed. Dawn focuses on the person and what you want to work on. Every session for each person is different. She makes you work hard for results. Dawn is also versed in nutrition as well as exercise. It is a positive experience and I look forward to more sessions.
