I had been considering starting a tai chi class. One day, I received an Groupon offer for David's qi-gong class. I'm glad that I decided to try it out. David is a great teacher. I especially enjoy that he combines several different schools of martial arts, while focusing on breath and movement. David also tries to explain how we can use our practice in day to day life. I really benefit from his classes and I highly recommend him to others. Sarka
