After an acupuncturist cured a chronic sinus infection that antibiotics did not help, Michele Pimenta discovered the benefits of alternative medicine. She changed her career from a photographer to a facilitator of healing methodologies, and is now a biodynamic craniosacral therapist and certified practitioner of structural integration. Her techniques overall help align the body and balance the nervous system, and specifically treat back pain, neck pain from car accidents, and lingering pain from old football or thumb-wrestling injuries.
