Establishment was dirty. Napkins had bite marks on them which looked like they may have a mouse problem. When I asked the manager if he knew there were bite marks, he replied the chipmunks got the napkins. I was a little afraid to eat their food since they obviously have rodents. Manager was less than friendly and I will never go back there. They need a food inspector! The last time I went to On the Border in Reston, VA there were roaches crawling up the walls.

The manager could not have been more helpful in getting full use of the groupon...it made it clear that he supports the use of groupons which is not always the way resturants treat you!
