DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY CALL BACK SAYING THEY WILL CALL BACK WITH AN APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT DO SO. WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FULFILL THIS GROUPON AND THE GROUPON COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET OUR MONEY REFUNDED.

This was absolutely the coolest thing I've ever done through Groupon. Great experience & highly recommended!

They were impossible to make an appointment with No one would answer the phone so we would email asking for available dates and they told us we had to call Call again and no answer and leave voicemails and by the time they call back the dates they had "open" on their website were booked I was going to go with two other friends so we needed a date thal all three of us could go so we had to call back after quickly discussing it and miraculously each time those dates were suddenly booked This went on for a month and we never ended up getting to use the groupon or going to the studio Waste of my $50 It seems that they oversold the groupon and didn't have enough space to accommodate the people so now my two friends and I will not be using the paid value either since we are so fed up with them

It takes some patience to set up a time to come in -- remember to read your subject line if you email (that's where my time was listed for the day I scheduled) Once there it took only about 15 minutes to complete a piece (I made the medium bowl) -- so you don't have to block off lots of your day to accomplish the piece Wear closed toed shoes if you are unfamiliar with a glass blowing studio -- not the place for open footwear! :)
