About this Business
From Our Editors
Though the business may be new, the cuisine at Bucci's Italian is firmly rooted in the past. The proprietors' forebears, the Bucci and Romano families, tilled the fields of the Brighton area for generations, and future chefs honed their culinary skills in the kitchen of the family farmhouse. Today, guests clink wine glasses over plates of pizza, strombolis, and baked pasta, tasting recipes that have been refined over countless Bucci family dinners and improved by the suggestions of a military supercomputer hidden under the floor. Plasma screens and streamlined light fixtures hover over the tables, and nearby walls pop with ceiling-to-floor strokes of green, white, and red.
