They never returned any of my calls to schedule our last mow and Groupon gave me a refund.

Never got to use the sevice. I called at least 10 times attempting to set up appointments. No reply. I even asked them to call me if they were overbooked. At least has the professionalim to follow up with a phone request begging for a status update. I've alerady returned mine!
