Horrible service. I arrived at 12:00, and left at 4:45. Much of that time was waiting. Overbooked and understaffed. I would not have even written a review if results were not terrible as well. Little to no consultation and he said trust him on highlights/hair color. I expressed repeatedly No Yellow or brassy - I want more cool tones nothing warm. Worst highlights ever. Cut just as bad. So disappoi

Bushra (spelling might be off) took care of me and she was wonderful! She took her time to listen to what I wanted and left my hair looking great. Would recommend!
