I highly recommend our teacher Bey for future classes. She does mainly the Thai dishes on the schedule. Our class had a participation component so we also cooked the pad thai after Bey demonstrated the techniques. She was really good at teaching us and stopping to ask if we had any questions. She’s super personable and really made the class fun and exciting! Can’t wait to take more classes w/her!

Food was great but facility was lacking in that there was no kitchen but we cooked on folding tables with electric skillets. There was not enough space for everyone and the ceiling was leaking water. Would have been nice to have printed recipes for us to take notes and take home. Instead we got the recipe in an email. The demonstration lasted 1.5 hours and we cooked for about 45 minutes.

I just happened to be there when there was a very rude, disruptive group. Spoiled my experience.
