Cosmetologist Maria Victoria Palacio handles the cosmetic treatments and the massages, and cosmetologist and massage therapist Maria Eugenia Palacio does a little of both. They also perform women's and men's med spa services including Smartlipo, laser hair removal, massages, and facial treatments such as the Vampire Facelift and the Dracula Dermabrasion.

Bought a Groupon for 6 treatments and only received one. Made a follow up appointment with Auri and she did not show up. Nor did she answer my phone calls.

Groupon clearly says 6 sessions and instead she says that it means 6 lipo laser paddles. I’ve purchased this Groupon before from 2 different vendors and the amount of sessions I bought was exactly what I got with the 6 paddles included.

First off, the owner is a sweet lady. We had previously a few booking issues (due to me) and she was patient and accommodating. Purchased a Groupon with the understanding of booking 4 sessions.. once I arrived I was told that the sessions were the number of laser lights used per visit. That wasn’t clear upon purchase. She did give a discount for a follow-up appointment.
