She is a very nice and caring lady. I used a groupon on this this trip and she didn't make me feel like less of a customer. The service is well priced even without a groupon, I think. After the visit, I offered to venmo her tip money because I didn't make it to the bank. She said it was alright and never sent me her user ID to collect the tip, which shows me that she really enjoys her job and this is rare to see. She didn't attempt to try to sell me any products. I love this because thats the kind of thing that usually makes me feel uncomfortable. I can't really comment of facials because I haven't had too many, but she definitely is a good person from what I can tell and I'd go back agin.

Josephine is terrific - personable and knowledgeable. She has many treatments and procedures and picks the one based on her experience that she believes will be best. The most important thing is that my face feels and looks great immediately and days after her treatment. I'm recommending her to family and friends!!
