Apparently on the day I redeemed my Groupon for the gift card, it was their last day open. They didn't even bother to mention that to me. I essentially wasted money on a plastic card that's useless.

There were about 12 staff, but they weren't attentive, friendly or helpful at all. There were only my two kids 8&10 yrs and two adults racing. After being given disinterested robotic instructions sans eye contact, we went to the game room for 15 minutes while the cars were being readied. There are 13 video games and one pinball machine in the smallest room possible for all of it. 6 games were broken, with large "out of order" signs taped to them. My kids didn't notice & put in a couple of quarters before I intervened, so I had to go to the counter to get the money back. I was told to "wait a minute" even though there were four young women just chatting. Then, instead of just handing me the quarters she took from what sounded like a bowl full, she shuffled around looking for tape and more 'out of order signs'. There was not hope of any measure of regret for the sorry state of the equipment. One of the women woke up enought to point out loudly that "It's pretty obvious it's not working because the screen is off. My boys returned after their 20 minutes on one track, instead of the hoped for 10 minutes on each track & said that they were told to go into a shabby empty room by themselves to watch a safety video & get their own helmets, they also described the locker room as 'bleak" & pointless considering the jumpsuit goes on over clothes and shoes. They pointed out that at K1 Speed, they were given verbal instructions and helped into helmets, etc. There were a bunch of guys working on the car side & they also appeared to be more interested in lounging. My advice is to stick with K1 Speed. It is slightly more expensive, but immeasurably better in so many ways.

Cars were hard to steer. They told me over the phone that since my Groupon expired on Christmas, that I could use it the next day. When I went the next day, they didn't want to offer what they said.
