She Pole Dance certified instructors lead a wide variety of classes and workshops, including pole, body bar, and fly gym varieties. They will set you spinning in the studio, with pole classes ranging from beginner basics to advanced levels with aerial tricks, inverts, and freestyle. Teachers help dancers of all skill levels feel confident on the poles, though there are also classes that incorporate chairs and floor work, designed to build strength and flexibility. In addition to pole, clients can take ballet-based barre classes, or learn a full dance routine in choreography classes.
