I was unable to use my voucher. I tried to attend a few times, however there is no parking available, you have to find parking on 17th ave Dowtown and you have to pay. The classes were scheduled at very inconvenient times; Morning 8:30 am when there is rush hour traffic, 12:30 which is noon when most people work and 5:30 pm again during rush hour downtown traffic. When you call to book into a class, they will not let you they tell you to just show up. When I inquired about classes being full she said it does not happen often if there full they will just ask you to come back at another time. No I wanted to ensure when I come all the way downtown and pay for parking that I have a class time. Very disappointed and a waste of money. I bought a voucher for a friend and she never went either she stated the same frusterations. Wish I never purchased.
