Make sure the ladies fully understand what you want, instead of pretending they understand and then going ahead and doing something totally different. Also, I felt they didn't give a very good service - too fast & not very good work. Their hair removal service was horrible and very painful. They were not at all sensitive to not hurting me - they pulled off part of my skin as well as the hairs. After I left the salon I prayed I wouldn't get some sort of infection. I will never return, nor will I recommend them.

I was not able to use the full value as the groupon stated I could break my waxing appointments into two visits but they would not allow it. I won't go back

One of the young girls wasn't very rigorous about cross-contamination. She shouldn't have touched the bottle tips to the customer's skin, or re-dipped a spatula back into the jar after touching the customer's skin (the older lady was fine). Also, I felt the mani-pedi was very basic (we skipped the waxing), my skin was dry when I got home and I think it should have been well moisturized. The mani-pedi was only $42 worth, I wouldn't go back and pay full price for that level of service.

This was the worst "Spa" experience of my life. The woman who did my wax did not take any care in even TRYING to make the experience enjoyable. I ended up stopping her before the finished because I couldn't handle her rough and insensitive demeanour. I was most disappointed with Ocean Nails and Spa... I will never return, and I will be telling all of my friends not to go there. This was the first time Groupon has let me down... I was very upset about it.
