Normally, when people see a stroller, they're interested in what's going on inside the carriage, not outside. But that probably isn't the case when a StrollerPower! class rolls past. Designed and taught by moms with experience in triathlon training, spinning, and of course, stroller fitness, StrollerPower! workouts help moms with stroller-age children stay in shape. Each 60-minute class unfolds outside at local parks and trails, with instructors leading the charge through a host of full-body exercises that usually includes power walking and running, core work, and total-body toning movements.
