My name is Femita Ayanbeku, when I was 11 I became an amputee after the result of a car accident. Fast forward to today, I am the fastest female amputee in the 100m race in the United States. Health and fitness became my passion when I realized how much it could improve my life. I am stronger, more capable, and I love how I look since I have been living a healthier lifestyle. I want to share my passion with the world and personal training is the most amazing way to help others find their path in the fitness world. Everyone has different goals, whether its just a more active lifestyle or playing competitive sports, we all have a fitness goal. I am just here to motivate, inspire and most importantly change peoples lives through fitness.
