Had a wonderful time! Great, happy service and it was the best experience I've had in a long time!

Went on a Monday night around 5:30pm and it wasn’t busy. They placed us on lane 6 which was nice (or so we thought) because only one other family over there. We had a decent time at first. I mean the price 2 hours with free shoe rental for 2 people is a steal especially since it was for my kids. The problem arose when the wait staff thought we were a part of some party (which wasn’t there) then never returned even though we said we only needed a few mins. I did end up ordering drinks (everything is $5) on the website and it came quickly. The group of people started gathering in. The whole middle was empty yet we were placed here. I heard them say they had 3 lanes yet they took up 1-5. Not only that, but the had the audacity to take the seating in our lane. Placed their stuff in our area like we weren’t even there. My partner, my 2 kids plus myself and my 5 month old were there with 4 seats (perfect) for our group. The party didn’t care they invaded our space so we just left at an hour and played the arcade. Eventually the wait staff asked if we wanted anything only because he came to handle the party. Arcade was cool. No one was playing in it so that was nice. Only us. Everything is outdated and old in the place but it was cool. Anyways, I probably won’t go back because why would you place us down there knowing you had a large party coming.
