I received 2 of the 3 IPL facials that I bought via Groupon, but Adorn cancelled my third appointment, and never returned my request for a replacement appointment. I have contacted them by phone and by email multiple times— and no response. This abysmal customer service. There is no excuse for treating customers in this way.

The second time I went to Adorn, they did not have my product request ready or seem to be aware of what I had purchased for my visit. After going to a new spa for my recent appointment, because I could not get a return call from Adorn, for my most recent appointment, I realize from the time Azura's staff spent with me and the number of shots for my botox and lip injections, I feel certain, I was shorted of both products at Adorn. You may receive a discount for services, but you should expect a shortage of product. I was very disappointed and upset with my second appointment in comparison to my first appoint at Adorn.
