What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We wanted to be able to offer our patients a unique experience with certified consultants that aren't pushy or sales driven. We consider ourselves educators above all else. This allow our patients to have a relaxing experience.

What do you love most about your job?

The thing we love most about our medspa is how much positive impact we have on our patients lives.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Our patients have called to personally thank us for drastically improving their quality of life. Our hormone and vaginal rejuvenation services have a 100% satisfaction rating from our patients.

I was very surprised to learn that my hydrofacial service (reg$185) was not performed by an licensed professional. She was a very nice woman that explained she was the office manager. I do not feel comfortable having medical spa services with advanced ingredients being done by someone who hasn't had the schooling or licensing to do so.
