Mr. Moon does not understand Caucasian hair. He seems to be unfamiliar with texture, and especially color. My blonde hair needed some color to cover the gray (but not too much gray, though). He dyed my hair a base color of brown! And then charged me $70 (CASH ONLY!!!) for highlights. The "highlights were nearly the same color as the base, so it wasn't apparent that I even HAD highlights! I really think a refund is in order.

He does not really understand English. It’s a Japanese owned salonand all of the hairdressers are Japanese. The owner was rude. “Mr. Moon” was 30 minutes late so I had to wait for his arrival. He did a terrible job on my partial highlights and there were 2 distinct lines at the top of my head. To top it off he charged $40.00 just for toner!!! Majority of hairdressers have always included toner!!!
